is a run of plates that appeared on eBay in October 2004.

For many years it was possible for the residents to request the same number year after year provided that number fell within the first 3,000 issued. As the first run of plates issued every year was from the MVB office in Victoria, it is not uncommon to find a lot of these runs in that city. No. 1773 is just such an example. |
This
run was unearthed by some Victoria collectors who decided
